Communities
Indian Land Communities
Four core community guides, written to help you understand differences — not to rank them.

How to Use These Guides
Each guide separates what we have verified from what you should confirm for the specific property. Amenities, fees, and rules change, and they rarely apply uniformly across every street or home type.
Four Communities, Four Different Questions
Sun City Carolina Lakes raises age, occupancy, and membership questions that start with the association's documents. Bridgehampton raises a jurisdiction question, because the state line runs through it. Bretagne and Longbrooke are estate and custom-home research, where lot, covenants, and historical evidence matter more than averages.
Communities near — but not part of — Indian Land are covered separately under Nearby Communities, including Walnut Creek in Lancaster County and Waterside at the Catawba in York County. To line them up side by side, use Compare Communities.

Where to Go From Here
A guide can narrow the field; a walk through the streets and a close read of the documents finish the job. When you are ready to weigh specific homes, our affiliated real estate teams can help you compare what you have learned against what is actually for sale.
