About

About Indian Land Living

An independent-minded guide that is honest about its affiliations.

What We Do

We publish community guides, ownership research, and home-planning resources for Indian Land, South Carolina and the communities around it.

Our Affiliations

This publication is part of a network that includes real estate, interior design, construction, and home technology businesses. When we link to them, we say so. They are not independently selected recommendations.

What We Do Not Do

We do not publish fabricated listings, reviews, testimonials, or projects, and we are not affiliated with Lancaster County, any community association, or any developer.

How We Work

Every guide follows our editorial policy: state and county are recorded explicitly, official sources are cited, and items readers must confirm are labeled as such. When we get something wrong, we fix it — report a correction. Sponsored content, when it exists, is labeled; see Advertise.

Our network of affiliated businesses and publications is listed in full in the network directory. To reach the editors, use the contact page. New stories appear in the Journal and in our newsletter, The Indian Land Edit. Every page on the site is listed on the sitemap, and our Terms of Use and Accessibility statement explain how the site works.

What We Cover

Indian Land Living publishes research on the unincorporated Indian Land area of Lancaster County, South Carolina, and the communities around it. Our guides cover communities, homes, living topics such as property taxes and schools, build and design, and local discoveries in Eat & Discover. New stories appear weekly in the Journal.

How We Work

We start with jurisdiction, cite official sources where facts depend on them, and do not publish invented listings or reviews. Our standards are on the editorial policy, and errors are logged on corrections. We are part of a network of affiliated businesses, all disclosed on Our Network. Questions are welcome through contact.
